A charitable organization that provides a positive experience

for all abilities through the sport of sledge hockey.

About EASA Storm

The Edmonton Adaptive Sports Association (EASA) provides a first-class sledge hockey program for athletes of all abilities.  In the 2018/2019 season, player interest was at an all-time high and the organization expanded and formed two teams.  Each team played in a different division which allowed players to build on existing skills, learn new techniques and above all enjoy the game of sledge hockey by playing against teams of a similar caliber.  With the support of generous sponsors, both teams had the opportunity to attend the following sledge hockey tournaments:

  • Cruisers Cup Para Ice Hockey Tournament, November 2-4, 2018, Brampton, Ontario
  • NHL Sled Classic, February 7-10, 2019, Chicago, Illinois
  • Matt Cook Memorial Cup, March 29-31, 2019 in Leduc, Alberta
